When Grad School Students Are Not That Smart...

This was the response to one of my class introductions... [I talked about how I love space, how I'm a Diabetic, and how I still want to be an astronaut]....

"Hi April. I am sure you will get to space. I read a paper done by a government survey panel in which they estimated in 40 years, middle-class incomes will be able to afford tickets on space tourism flights from companies like Virgin Galactic and Space-X. So I'm sure you'll make it, one way or the other."

Number 1: I'm glad you can read. Number 2: Since I said I was interested in space, don't you think I know all this crap already?! And Number 3: Mercury will have to freeze over before I go to space on something Space-X built...just saying...they blew up Gordo Cooper...thanks, but no thanks...

Oh, hey Miss R...why don't you read my blog? You might learn something...
