I loved it.
It was nice to have company on my run.
It's motivating, makes me more competitive, and keeps me moving.
He doesn't know it, but the BF could probably run 6:00 miles if running were his thing. I know he was trying to stay at my pace yesterday, but I'm pretty sure he could have run circles around me. While I was going as hard as I felt I should push myself, the BF kept finding energy to sprint ahead.
However, running is not his thing. I will not push the issue. Although, company on a few runs here and there would be lovely. :) Happy, happy, happy.
Maybe I can convince some family members to do a half-marathon within the next year? Oh, I can wish......
